The report quoted the Mercedes-Benz 4S store staff as saying that all business procedures, financial loans applied for, and subsequent audits, including mortgage registration, require personnel to provide services, so financial service fees must be available.


The report quoted people familiar with the matter as saying that the payment was generally charged for between 3 and 5 percent of the amount of the loan, but would vary from brand to brand because of different models.
